Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Our prices include shipping and handling to U.K Mainland, . Except IV3-IV40. IV52-IV54.IV63. KW1-KW14. PA20-PA40. Ph19-PH40. PH60. No extra charge to these post codes but orders to these must be made by phone 01778 342665
Orders can also be sent to Northern Ireland and U.K off-shore Island including Channel Islands and Isle of Man

All orders received by 1p.m will be shipped that day. Monday-Friday on a next day delivery service
Goods collected from our warehouse will qualify for a £5. 00 discount per 20 or 25kg bag.

Delivery Schedule
Orders received by 12 Noon will be dispatched the same day. Monday to Friday. Delivery is three working days from day of dispatch.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Should your purchase fail to meet your satisifaction please contact us to arrange the return; we on our part will replace your purchase or refund the price that you paid for the item.
Defective Items please contact us to arrange their return. Sould any item need to be returned that is defective or because of an error on our part we will refund the price paid to us plus the return delivery charge.
This policy does not effect your statutory rights.
