Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery Area Restrictions
Our prices include shipping and handling to England, Wales and parts of Scotland with the following exceptions.
From Monday 14/11/11 all consignments shipped to the following post codes will incur an additional delivery cost of £5 per consignment (max 30kg)
AB31 to AB38 and AB40 to AB56
IV1 to IV28 and IV30 to IV32 and IV36 to IV40 and IV52 to IV54 and IV63
KW1 to KW14
PA21 to PA38
PH4 to PH41 and PH49 and PH50
Northern Ireland
From Monday 14/11/11 all consignments shipped to the following post codes will incur an additional delivery cost of £10 per consignment (max 30kg)
IV41 to IV49 and IV51 and IV55 and IV56
KA27 and KA28
KW15 to KW17
PA21 and PA41 to PA49 and PA60 to PA78
PH42 to PH44
All ZE post codes
Isle on Man
Channel Islands
From Monday 14/11/11 all consignments shipped to the following post codes will incur an additional delivery cost of £15 per consignment (max 30kg)
Republic of Ireland
All order made from the above post codes should done via phone. 01778 342665
All orders received by 1p.m will be shipped that day. Monday-Friday on a next day delivery service
Goods collected from our warehouse will qualify for a £5. 00 discount per 25kg bag.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch ordered received on-line or by phone before 13;00 the same working day (Monday to Friday).
Therefore, goods ordered on Monday before 13:00 should be delivered on Tuesday.
Goods ordered between 13:00 Friday and 13:00 Monday will be dispatched Monday for a Tuesday delivery

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All prices include V.A.T where applicable

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We do not store credit card details nore do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Privacy Policy
Kennedy Wild Bird Foods do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
All items leave us in perfect condition. Should you have reason for complaint, E-mail info@wildbirdfood.uk.com with full details within 24 hours. Should any item need to be returned it must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving your order. Items returned must be in full and unused condition and in original packaging. Return costs will not be refunded.
Sould any item need to be returned because of an error on our part, we will refund the price paid to us plus the return delivery charge.
This policy does not effect your statutory rights.
